The Court Cast team operates and maintains these platforms, including a website at https://courtscast.com and multiple regional WhatsApp legal groups.
The purpose of this Content (Standards, Sharing, Moderation & Removal) Policy is to maintain a safe, respectful, and professional environment for all users of Court Cast platforms. Our goal is to prevent the sharing of inappropriate content that could harm or offend our users or violate applicable laws and regulations.
- Content Standards
Users must adhere to the following content standards when posting or sharing content on Court Cast platforms:
- Be respectful and professional: Content should foster a supportive and constructive environment. Examples of prohibited content include personal attacks, derogatory language, or offensive remarks.

Content that violates the Content (Standards, Sharing, Moderation & Removal) Policy will be removed from Court Cast platforms. This may include content that:
- Contains hate speech, harassment, or discrimination based on race, ethnicity, religion, gender, or any other protected characteristic.
- Promotes violence or illegal activities, such as sharing pornography or links to illegal drug sales.
- Infringes on intellectual property rights, such as sharing copyrighted materials without permission.

- Consultation and Fairness in Content Removal

- Consultation among moderators and admins: Before removing any content from a WhatsApp group or other Court Cast platforms, the moderator or admin responsible for the removal must consult with other moderators or admins to ensure a consensus decision is reached.
- No arbitrary removal: Content should not be removed without a valid reason or justification that aligns with the Content (Standards, Sharing, Moderation & Removal) Policy. Any removal of content must be based on a fair and objective assessment of the content’s compliance with the policy.
- Fair warning: Whenever possible, users who have shared content that is deemed inappropriate or in violation of the Content (Standards, Sharing, Moderation & Removal) Policy should be provided with a fair warning and an opportunity to address the issue before the content is removed. - Clear communication of reasons for removal: In cases where content is removed by a moderator or admin, the user who shared the content should be informed about the reasons for the removal, as well as any potential consequences for repeated violations.

- Prohibition of Disruptive Activities and Misuse
Court Cast platforms are committed to maintaining a harmonious and cordial atmosphere for the exchange of legal knowledge and professional development. As such, any activities that disrupt this environment, including but not limited to rallying, incitement, upheaval, or other forms of misuse, are strictly prohibited on all Court Cast platforms, including the WhatsApp groups.
- No rallying or incitement: Users must not engage in any activities that incite others to cause disorder, create hostility, or undermine the collaborative nature of Court Cast platforms.
- No upheaval or destabilizing actions: Users must refrain from sharing content or engaging in behaviour that could potentially destabilize the harmonious and cordial atmosphere of Court Cast platforms.
- No misuse of Court Cast platforms: Users must not exploit the platforms for personal gain, promote unrelated businesses or causes, or engage in any activities that could compromise the integrity or purpose of Court Cast platforms.
- Violations of this clause / part of the policy will be taken seriously, and the Court Cast team reserves the right to remove any content that breaches these guidelines. Users found to be engaging in disruptive activities or misusing Court Cast platforms may face penalties, including warnings, temporary suspensions, or permanent bans, depending on the severity of the violation.
