Indian Government Appoints Shri Mir Syed Latif as Judicial Member in Central Administrative Tribunal

The appointment order, released by the Ministry of Personnel, Public Grievances and Pensions, specifies that Shri Mir Syed Latif is set to assume the role of Judicial Member at the Central Administrative Tribunal (CAT), Srinagar Bench. The order further emphasizes that he is required to join his duties within 30 days from the date of issue, failing which the appointment will be considered void.

The decision to appoint Shri Mir Syed Latif was made in compliance with the directive of the Appointments Committee of the Cabinet, as communicated through their order dated August 29, 2023.
