Prohibited zones, demarcated by sentinel buoys, serve as off-limits sanctuaries, safeguarding fragile ecosystems from the overzealous cast of the net.
Moreover, the decree casts its net wider, restricting the sale of catches beyond Kalba’s confines. Fishermen find solace in the prospect of showcasing their bounty within the bustling markets of the city, their livelihoods anchored firmly in local commerce.
In a nod to the vicissitudes of fortune that beset seafaring souls, provisions for recompense have been enshrined.
