This critical port, a key element in Saudi Arabia’s Vision 2030 plans, became the setting for a major security effort that resulted in the arrest of six individuals linked to the shipment.
Collaborating closely with the General Directorate of Narcotics Control, ZATCA dismantled the attempted smuggling operation, underscoring its dedication to monitoring the nation’s imports and exports with unwavering vigilance. The agency emphasized its ongoing commitment to protecting community welfare and preventing illegal substances from entering the Kingdom.
