Under the astute leadership of Dr. Abdullah Belhaif Al Nuaimi, Chairman of SCC, the council convened to deliberate on crucial amendments to the proposed legislation during its sixth meeting of the first regular session of the eleventh legislative term.
Guided by an illustrious panel including Counselor Dr. Mansour Mohammed bin Nassar, Counselor Issa bin Hanzal, and representatives from the Sharjah Municipality, the council meticulously scrutinized the intricacies of the draft law on real estate leasing.
