Counselor Yousef Saeed Al Abri, the Undersecretary of the Abu Dhabi Judicial Department, commended the foresighted vision of the Emirate’s leadership in advancing the judicial landscape. Over the past three months, the department engaged in extensive deliberations with the Abu Dhabi Police General Headquarters and the executive team managing the institutions. These efforts focused on enhancing readiness and implementing a world-class system that not only delivers high-quality services globally but also efficiently fulfills its duties to safeguard societal rights and fortify the foundations of security and stability.
Set to take effect on January 1, 2024, the law signifies a commitment to bolstering the reform and rehabilitation system in the Emirate.
