In a pivotal move toward bolstering collaboration and expertise exchange, the Abu Dhabi Judicial Department (ADJD) and the Ministry of Defence (MOD) have sealed a cooperative pact. Under the auspices of Yousef Saeed Alabri, ADJD’s Undersecretary, and Major General Salem Juma Al Kaabi, Head of Military Justice, the agreement vows to elevate standards in legal, judicial, and professional realms while nurturing a culture of excellence in service and training.
This landmark accord, witnessed by dignitaries and officers from both entities, underscores ADJD’s unwavering dedication to fortifying alliances with local and federal counterparts. Such alliances, as emphasized by Alabri, not only amplify the UAE’s global standing but also align closely with the visionary directives of His Highness Sheikh Mansour bin Zayed Al Nahyan.
Central to the agreement is a commitment to honing the skills of professionals from both ADJD and MOD across judicial, legal, technical, and professional domains. The pact envisages a robust framework for the exchange of insights, practices, and research, fostering seamless coordination and communication to expedite legal and judicial proceedings.
