Cleveland Jury Convicts Three Gang Members on Federal Charges

Three Fully Blooded Felons members were convicted after a federal racketeering trial in Cleveland.

A federal jury in Cleveland has convicted three members of the Fully Blooded Felons after a three-week trial involving racketeering, murder, kidnapping, drug trafficking and firearms charges.

Raven Mullins, Malik Brooks and Jayon Florence were found guilty of offences arising from the gang’s activity in Cleveland and elsewhere in Ohio. Trial evidence showed that the group operated through a governing “Commission” and subordinate leaders, enforced internal rules through violence, and used homes in an apartment complex to store narcotics and firearms.

The evidence included the kidnapping and killing of a woman in July 2022 after members suspected that she was sharing information with a rival gang. Prosecutors also presented a second kidnapping, a September 2023 robbery and murder, shootings of rival members, and the recovery of fentanyl, cocaine, methamphetamine and seven guns during searches.

The verdicts are final at the trial level, but sentencing has not occurred. Each defendant faces a statutory maximum of life imprisonment, and the court has not set sentencing dates. The Justice Department said 25 people associated with the same indictment have now been charged and convicted. Read the official case announcement.
