Highlighting the imperative to activate the positive role of court heads in overseeing both substantive and procedural aspects, Al-Samaani encouraged proactive engagement in proposing improvements and ensuring swift resolution of complaints requiring immediate attention from court presidents.
The minister underscored the significance of ongoing evaluation of judicial department heads’ performance to identify avenues for enhancement and maintain quality standards. He stressed the collective effort needed to cultivate a conducive work environment within the court and foster unity among its members.
Al-Samaani declared the eradication of negative jurisprudence, emphasizing the adherence to professional principles like independence, honesty, impartiality, and the preservation of judicial guarantees. During the meeting, Al-Samaani assessed case completion indicators in labor courts, revealing an impressive average of 20 days for case resolutions. Expressing gratitude to the diligent employees, he commended their swift handling of cases without compromising the quality of judicial rulings.
