Law Review Symposium: “Judging and Administrative Law”

The Widener Commonwealth Law Review invites you to attend its upcoming symposium, “Judging and Administrative Law,” held virtually on April 15, 2024. The symposium will explore recent changes to administrative law, focusing specifically on the role of judges in the development and implementation of administrative law. The symposium will feature a variety of scholars and practitioners discussing developments and changes in the context of federal and state administrative law from both academic- and practice-focused perspectives. It will feature a keynote presentation from Judge J. Michelle Childs of the U.S. Court of Appeals for the D.C. Circuit.
