Ministry of Law and Justice Appoints New Chief Justices for Five High Courts

The Ministry of Law and Justice has officially announced the appointment of Judges as Chief Justices of five different High Courts across India. This move aims to strengthen the judicial system and ensure efficient administration of justice in these regions.

The newly appointed Chief Justices and their respective High Courts are as follows:

1. Himachal Pradesh High Court: Justice Mamidanna Satya Ratna Sri Ramachandra Rao, previously serving as a Judge of the Punjab and Haryana High Court, has been appointed as the Chief Justice of the Himachal Pradesh High Court. His vast experience and knowledge of the legal system will contribute to the effective functioning of the judiciary in the state.

2. Kerala High Court: Justice Sarasa Venkatanarayana Bhatti, who previously served as a Judge of the Kerala High Court, has been appointed as the Chief Justice of the same court. His expertise in the field of law will further enhance the delivery of justice in the state of Kerala.

3. Rajasthan High Court: Justice Augustine George Masih, formerly a Judge of the Punjab and Haryana High Court, has been appointed as the Chief Justice of the Rajasthan High Court. His appointment is expected to bring renewed vigor and efficiency to the judicial proceedings in the state.

4. Bombay High Court: Justice Ramesh Deokinandan Dhanuka, a distinguished Judge of the Bombay High Court, has been appointed as the Chief Justice of the same court. With his extensive experience and legal acumen, he is poised to uphold the highest standards of justice and fairness in the region.

5. Madras High Court: Justice Sanjay Vijaykumar Gangapurwala, previously serving as a Judge of the Bombay High Court, has been appointed as the Chief Justice of the Madras High Court. His deep understanding of the legal framework and commitment to upholding justice will greatly benefit the people of Tamil Nadu.
