Radisson Hotel Group has planted a new flag in Ras Al Khaimah, unveiling the first Radisson Blu Hotel and Radisson Blu Residences in the fast-rising district of RAK Central.
Developed in partnership with BNW Developments, the project blends hospitality, branded living, retail and entertainment into a single address designed to hum with activity from morning meetings to late-night cinema shows.
At the heart of the scheme stands the Radisson Blu Hotel, RAK Central — a 361-room property rising above a podium of retail outlets and cinema spaces. Built to cater to both corporate travelers and holidaymakers, the hotel is designed as a self-contained world: five dining venues, a rooftop terrace with a pool bar, spa and fitness facilities, meeting and event spaces, a Business Class lounge, and a dedicated kids’ club.
Next door, the Radisson Blu Residences will introduce 222 branded homes. Residents won’t just occupy an address — they’ll tap directly into hotel services and amenities, from dining options to lifestyle facilities, effectively merging private living with hospitality convenience.
The launch drew senior executives, industry stakeholders and thousands of invited guests, underscoring the weight behind the development.
Strategically positioned near Al Marjan Island, the project aims to anchor RAK Central’s ambition to become a fully integrated live-work-play destination. The wider district is being shaped as a commercial and lifestyle nucleus for Ras Al Khaimah’s next chapter — a place where offices, homes, hotels and entertainment venues coexist in a walkable, connected environment.
For BNW Developments, the collaboration signals a push toward globally aligned hospitality standards while targeting sustained investor appeal. For Radisson Hotel Group, the entry into RAK Central represents both confidence in the emirate’s growth story and a strategic expansion of the Radisson Blu footprint in the region.
The message is clear: RAK Central is not merely adding another hotel to the map — it’s building a new center of gravity.
