This visionary service, embedded within the SBC’s robust business platform, streamlines the issuance of the Commercial Municipality License, empowering the business sector to obtain two pivotal licenses encompassing over 600 commercial activities seamlessly.
The path to acquiring these licenses is paved with meticulous attention to detail, as prospective licensees are required to meet stringent criteria. Essential prerequisites include furnishing a lease contract, title deed, or a site investment agreement, alongside a documentation of safety equipment procurement or a comprehensive safety report endorsed by the Civil Defense. Compliance with activity prerequisites outlined in the ‘Baladi’ portal of the Ministry of Municipal and Rural Affairs and Housing, as well as the ‘Salama’ portal of the General Directorate of Civil Defense, is imperative.
